This chapter establishes preferential parking district C in the area generally bounded by Martin Luther King Jr. Way, Roosevelt, University and Channing (hereinafter referred to as the "MAGNA Area") as described more particularly in Section 25-C of Traffic Resolution No. 36,574-NS*.
