A. It is unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to stop or park such vehicle in any of those zones designated by the City Traffic Engineer as bicycle zones.

B. The City Traffic Engineer shall cause the provisions of this section to be designated by placing and maintaining appropriate signs directing that the stopping of vehicles is prohibited, or by placing or maintaining red paint or other red material upon the entire curb surface within such zones.
