A. The City Traffic Engineer is authorized to establish special parking zones for two-wheeled and three-wheeled motor vehicles. When authorized signs or curb markings are in place giving notice of such special parking zones, it is unlawful for the operator of any vehicle except a two-wheeled or three-wheeled motor vehicle to stop, stand or park such vehicle in such special parking zone.

B. The City Traffic Engineer is authorized to establish parking time limits for special parking zones for two-wheeled and three-wheeled motor vehicles. When authorized signs or curb markings are in place giving notice of such parking time limit, it is unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to stop, stand or park such vehicle in such special parking zone for a period of time greater than the parking time limit specified on such authorized signs or curb markings.
