In its sound discretion and good cause appearing therefore, the Council, by Resolution, may waive the provisions of Sections 14.40.010, 14.40.020, 14.40.030 and 14.40.040 of this chapter and permit the parking of vehicles in 24-minute, 30-minute and one- and two-hour zones for extended periods of time.
