Applicant and Contractors shall permit access to Covered Project work sites and relevant records for authorized City representatives for the purpose of monitoring compliance with this Chapter and investigating worker complaints of noncompliance. Access to records will be provided within a reasonable amount of time of the City’s request, but no longer than 30 days. Failure to provide access to records may be subject to City enforcement as permitted in Section 13.107.111. (Ord. 7861-NS § 1, 2023)
