The owner may appeal the nuisance determination to the City by filing an appeal within fifteen calendar days of the date of mailing of the notice to abate. The appeal shall identify the property and state the objections together with all material facts in support thereof. If mediation has been elected and agreed to pursuant to Section 12.92.050J., the appeal shall so state and shall request that the hearing be postponed for thirty days to allow for such mediation to be completed.
