Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter or who aids in the violation of any provisions of this chapter shall be liable to each person injured by such violation in addition to any other damages allowed by law, damages in the amount of five hundred dollars, and such reasonable attorneys fees and costs as may be determined by the court in an action to enforce any rights under this chapter.
