12.54.030 Adoption of Alameda County Ordinance Code Chapter 6.114--Enforcement in Berkeley authorized.

A. The City of Berkeley hereby adopts Chapter 6.114 of the Alameda County Ordinance Code, as it may be amended from time to time, and all ambulance providers operating or providing ambulance service in Berkeley, other than the City itself, shall comply with Chapter 6.114 of the Alameda County Ordinance Code.
B. The County of Alameda is authorized to administer and enforce Chapter 6.114 in the City of Berkeley. (Ord. 7078-NS § 1 (part), 2009)
