12.40.030 Allowing hazardous debris to remain on private property prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to allow debris which is of such a nature that it constitutes a fire menace or fire hazard, or constitutes a rat harbor or a menace to the life, health, comfort or convenience of the community, to remain upon any private property in the City.
