A. "Nonprofit organization" means a religious, educational, civic or charitable organization incorporated under the laws of the State of California and the Internal Revenue Code, Title 26 U.S.C., Section 501(b)(3).

B. "Person" means any individual, association, firm, organization, sole proprietorship, partnership or corporation, whether or not said entities are operated for profit.

C. "Recycled materials" means any materials including but not limited to metals, glass or paper that have been placed at the curbside for the purpose of being collected and recycled under this program. (Ord. 5702-NS § 1 (part), 1986: Ord. 5266-NS § 2, 1980: Ord. 4689-NS § 2, 1974)
