12.04.090 Transfer permitted when--Fee.

Permits shall not be transferable from one establishment, location or premises to another. Permits may be transferred from one permittee to another at the same establishment, location or premises after inspection and upon payment of one dollar. (Ord. 3847-NS § 2.3, 1961)
