"Chief of environmental health" means the chief of environmental health of the City, or their designee, including but not limited to sanitarians, vector control technicians and animal-care services personnel. (Ord. 4883-NS § 1 Exhibit A, Ch. 1 Art. 2 § 8, 1976)
