A. Violation of this Chapter, and specifically failure to comply with any requirement in Section 9.84.030, is a misdemeanor punishable as set forth in Chapter 1.20 of this code, but may be charged, in the discretion of the prosecutor, as an infraction.

B. Nothing in this Chapter in any way limits any other remedy that may be available to the City, or any penalty that may be imposed by the City, including but not limited to, under Chapters 1.24, 23B.60 and 23B.64. (Ord. 6967-NS § 1 (part), 2007)
