Article 7. Enforcement--Penalties For Violation

Any person who believes that a violation of any portion of this chapter has occurred may file a complaint with the commission. If the commission determines that there is reason to believe a violation of this chapter has occurred, it shall make an investigation. If the commission has reason to believe that a violation of this chapter has occurred or is about to occur, it may institute action at law or equity to enforce and compel compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
