A. It shall be the responsibility of sellers, buyers, owners, real estate agents and brokers, property managers, title companies, non-residential tenants, Registered Service Providers and energy service providers to comply with the requirements of this Chapter.

B. The seller of any real property and the licensed real estate agent or broker handling a sale of real property shall be jointly responsible for disclosing to the prospective buyer the compliance status of the real property in question. (Ord. 7740-NS § 1, 2020; Ord. 7397-NS § 5 (part), 2015)
