A. A decision by the Floodplain Administrator may be appealed by appealing any other contemporaneous permit decision with which it is associated. If a decision by the FPA is not associated with another contemporaneous permit decision, it may be appealed to the City Manager within fifteen (15) days of written notice of the Floodplain Administrator's decision. The appeal must include all technical and scientific information needed to support the appeal.

B. The City Manager shall act within thirty (30) days of receipt of the appeal.

C. The City Manager's decision shall be final.

D. Changes to the FIRM shall follow FEMA requirements and procedures. (Ord. 7108-NS § 1 (part), 2009)
