17.12.010 Title and applicability.

A. This chapter shall be known and cited as the "Flood Zone Development Ordinance."
B. This chapter shall apply to all areas of special flood hazard within the jurisdiction of the City of Berkeley. (Ord. 7108-NS § 1 (part), 2009)
