The purpose of this chapter is to regulate: (1) building over or near culverted creeks; (2) building near open creeks; (3) the rehabilitation and restoration of natural waterways; and (4) the management of watersheds. (Ord. 6956-NS § 1 (part), 2006: Ord. 5961-NS § 2, 1989)
