Any person found to be in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, except for Section 14.68.130, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as set forth in Chapter 1.20 of this code. Any person found to be in violation of Section 14.68.130 shall be deemed guilty of an infraction and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as set forth in Chapter 1.20 of this code.
