13.62.050 Violations and penalties.

A. Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of an infraction as set forth in Chapter 1.20 of this code.
B. The health officer, the registered environmental health specialist, and the license and collection supervisor shall have the authority to issue citations for violations of this chapter. (Ord. 6588-NS § 6, 2000: Ord. 6081-NS § 5, 1991)
