13.46.070 Violation--Penalty.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, or of an infraction at the discretion of the prosecutor. (Ord. 7004-NS § 1, 2007: Ord. 6603-NS § 2, 2000)
