13.32.020 Exceptions.
This section is included in your selections.
The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to:
A. Any person ten years old or younger.
B. Any female exposing her breast to the extent such exposure is necessary to breast-feed a child.
C. Performers who are engaged in live theatrical performances performed in a theater, concert hall or other such establishment which is primarily devoted to theatrical performances. (Ord. 6446-NS § 2, 1998: Ord. 6199-NS § 2, 1993)
