It shall be unlawful for any person to do any of the acts proscribed in Sections 13.30.050 through 13.30.100 above because a person has opposed any practice made unlawful by this chapter or because they have made a charge, testified, assisted, or participated in any manner in an investigation, proceeding, or hearing under this chapter or any other law prohibiting discrimination against persons who have AIDS or associated conditions.
