It is the policy of the City to eliminate discrimination within the City of Berkeley against persons who have Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) or any related condition or who are suspected of or perceived as having AIDS or are believed to be at risk of having AIDS or to associate with persons who have AIDS.
