This chapter does not constitute the exclusive regulation of abandoned, inoperative or dismantled vehicles within the City of Berkeley; this chapter shall be considered supplemental and in addition to any other administrative regulations, regulatory codes, ordinances and statutes in existence or hereafter enacted by any legal entity or agency having the jurisdiction to do so.
