The City of Berkeley Peace and Justice Commission shall solicit testimony from the public and shall prepare a detailed plan for the conversion of labor, resources and physical plants to peaceful and productive uses. This peace conversion plan shall be completed within two years of the adoption of this act. The commission shall ensure the participation of organized labor. (Ord. 5784-NS § 12, 1986)
