The City of Berkeley shall not purchase any Disposable Foodware that does not comply with the Disposable Foodware Standards in Section 11.64.070, nor shall any City-sponsored event utilize non-compliant Disposable Foodware. (Ord. 7639-NS § 1 (part), 2019)
