The City of Berkeley and any City-sponsored event shall provide or sell to a Customer or participant only Recycled Content Paper Bags or Reusable Carry-out Bags for the purpose of carrying away goods or other materials from the point of sale or event. (Ord. 7844-NS § 1, 2022)
