11.28.330 Employment of persons carrying communicable diseases prohibited.

No person shall be employed in a food establishment who, in the opinion of the chief of environmental health, is affected with or a carrier of any disease in a stage which is likely to be communicable to persons exposed as a result of the affected employee’s normal duties as a food handler.
