In all vehicles, the driver’s compartment shall be entirely separated from the food storage compartment, and no food or beverage shall be kept in a driver’s compartment. No passenger or pleasure car may be used as a food establishment unless such car shall be modified to conform with the requirements for a food establishment vehicle as specified herein.
