All food establishments shall be provided with adequate and conveniently located toilet facilities for employees. All restaurants shall be provided with adequate and conveniently located toilet facilities for each sex, where there are five or more employees of different sex. All toilets shall be ventilated adequately to the outside air, and shall not open into a room in which food is prepared. All doors of all toilet rooms shall be self-closing.
