It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to stake out or tie, or to cause to be staked out or tied, any horse, mule, ox, cow, calf or goat upon any piece of land so that such animal may come within fifty feet of any public or private building, or any dwelling house or other abode other than the dwelling house or abode of the owner of such animal.
