It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to keep or permit to be kept any animal or animals, or fowls, upon the land or premises of any other person without the written consent of the owner thereof, or to permit any animal or animals, or fowls, to enter upon or be upon the land or premises of any other person, without the written consent of the owner of such land or premises.
