It is unlawful for any person, firm, corporation or association to keep or permit to be kept more than two female goats over one year old within the City except in Zones VI and VII, as set out under the zoning ordinance of the City. (Ord. 906-NS (part), 1923: Ord. 557-NS § 5A, 1918)
