It shall also be the duty of the poundmaster upon the request of any owner or possessor of any dead animal, forthwith to bury or burn the same in such place as may be provided by the City for that purpose, or to dispose of the same in such manner as the poundmaster may deem expedient, for which services they shall charge and collect from the owner or possessor of such animal, the following fees:

A. For disposing of horses, oxen, bulls or cows, per head--Seventy-five dollars.

B. For disposing of jacks, mules, steers, or colts, per head--Seventy-five dollars.

C. For disposing of hogs, sheep, goats or calves, per head--Thirty-seven dollars and fifty cents.

D. For disposing of ducks, geese, or other fowls, each--Seventy-five cents.

E. For disposing of dogs--Six dollars.

F. For picking up dogs to be destroyed--Three dollars and seventy-five cents.

G. For picking up animals, other than dogs, to be destroyed--Three dollars and seventy-five cents to fifteen dollars depending upon type of animal.

H. For disposing of other animals not enumerated--One dollar and fifty cents to seventy-five dollars depending upon type of animal.

I. For the pickup and disposal of dead animals from veterinary hospitals--Five dollars per animal, fifteen-dollar minimum for each pickup.
