1.24.205 Costs of assessment as nuisance abatement lien against parcel.

In addition to any other remedy, the City may recover the costs of the abatement by making the costs of the abatement a nuisance assessment lien against the property on which the nuisance was abated pursuant to Government Code Section 38771, et seq. as amended from time to time.
