In the event that the owner fails to consent to the City entering their property for the purposes of inspecting and/or abating a nuisance under this chapter, the City shall apply and be granted said warrants from the municipal court if cause exists pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure Section 1822.50 to issue said warrant.
